You must be at least 18 years old to use FeedPilot. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. You may not use FeedPilot for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

    Our Service

FeedPilot is an AI-powered social media content creation and scheduling tool. We help you generate, schedule, and manage posts for platforms like Threads. We do not guarantee specific results such as increased engagement or follower growth. The service is provided “as is” and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature at any time.

    User Content

You own the content you create using FeedPilot. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving FeedPilot. You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with all applicable laws and platform policies. You agree not to post content that is harmful, abusive, deceptive, or infringes on others’ rights.

We collect and use your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. By using FeedPilot, you consent to our data practices.

FeedPilot offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. We may change our pricing with 30 days notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.

FeedPilot integrates with third-party platforms like Threads. Your use of these platforms is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for any actions taken by these platforms, including account suspension or content removal. You must comply with all rules of the platforms you connect to FeedPilot.

All rights, title, and interest in FeedPilot, including our software, design, and branding, are owned by Infinite Goose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our service without our express permission.

    Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infinite Goose shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of FeedPilot. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the last 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may stop using FeedPilot at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
